Well, this coming week is where the rubber meets the road. After our holiday weekend festivities, I've planned some simple meals, and on Wednesday the "Freezer Meals" come into action. I won't be posting menus for a while, but I might pre-schedule some of our favorite summer recipes for my time off. We'll see how far ahead I can get in lining up my ducks this weekend.

Saturday
Lunch: sandwiches
Dinner: Pepperoni, Sausage and peppers, Veggie and Marguerita pizzas, tossed salad, Brownies
Sunday
Brunch: Yogurt and Cream Berries, Lemon Scones
Dinner: Hamburgers with guacamole, leftover sides
Monday
Lunch: quesadillas
Dinner: Chicken Cilantro Enchiladas, cabbage and sour cream, Mexican rice
Tuesday
Lunch: sandwiches
Dinner: Salmon Pesto Pasta, bread
Wednesday
Lunch: French Bread pizzas
Dinner: Baked Steak, mashed potatoes, steamed carrots
Thursday
Lunch: sandwiches
Dinner: Orange Teriyaki Chicken, white rice, green beans
Friday
Lunch: Mac and cheese
Dinner: order out pizza

Sounds like a hectic few days ahead Barbara, but if you have the time, I would LOVE to see your Mac&Cheese recipe. I am on a constant mission to find the best recipe ever... but seem to continually fail! :)
Happy 4th tomorrow... really get "homesick" around this time of year. Maybe the sun will come out and we can BBQ, but alas I think we'd be arrested if we tried fireworks! :)
