Well, this coming week is where the rubber meets the road. After our holiday weekend festivities, I've planned some simple meals, and on Wednesday the "Freezer Meals" come into action. I won't be posting menus for a while, but I might pre-schedule some of our favorite summer recipes for my time off. We'll see how far ahead I can get in lining up my ducks this weekend.

Dinner: Pepperoni, Sausage and peppers, Veggie and Marguerita pizzas, tossed salad, Brownies
Brunch: Yogurt and Cream Berries, Lemon Scones
Dinner: Hamburgers with guacamole, leftover sides
Dinner: Chicken Cilantro Enchiladas, cabbage and sour cream, Mexican rice
Dinner: Salmon Pesto Pasta, bread
Lunch: French Bread pizzas
Dinner: Baked Steak, mashed potatoes, steamed carrots
Dinner: Orange Teriyaki Chicken, white rice, green beans
Lunch: Mac and cheese
Dinner: order out pizza
