Missing: recipes

Over the past few days we have been switching hard drives. It shouldn't have been complicated: Apple to Apple, but "things" are never as easy as they should be. After 48 hours and much frustration and breath-holding, we are up and running. The only thing that did not transfer was my recipe management software. Actually, the software transferred but all of the recipes were left on the old Mac. Sniff, sniff.

I was able to transfer them as a text file, but now they need to be sorted and stored again using some sort of recipe management program. Because the old software was freeware, and because it always had some issues on the Mac, I'm shopping for a new program. Any suggestions? Obviously it needs to be Mac compatible.

Crock Pot Garlic Chicken

Elaine left me a comment asking for my Crock Pot Garlic Chicken Recipe. I have actually never made this recipe, but it sounded so yummy that I put it on my menu this month. The link for the recipe is here. Please let me know what you think -- I'll post my results as well. I may not actually use all 40 cloves, as too much garlic upsets my stomach. I think I'm shooting for 30.
