A Month of Menus -- Volume 2
Another month of menus -- lots of grilled food to keep the kitchen cool, and salads, and, if I'm not mistaken, a lot of Mexican it seems, and Mediterranean. I must be in the mood for bright flavors and fresh produce. I'm trying a lot of new recipes this month and I'll be sure to let you know if they are winners.

My mom just mailed me a recent issue of Cooking Light and I think I could cook for a month just out of that! The natives would probably revolt, though. But there are quite a few I'd like to try.
I LOVE those Paula Deen Vidalia Onions. How can you miss? Butter and the best onions in the world!
Oh, and I made that Smoky Spanish-Style Pan Roast (minus the sausage) and it was FABULOUS.
