Not much going on menu-wise. I'm trying to go more low fat and low acid. College boy is home so now we have six around the table again. :-)

Dinner: Snow Pea and Pork Fried Rice, egg rolls

Lunch: Pancakes
Dinner: Salmon Croquettes and Remoulade, Potato Bundles, steam carrots

Jane, It was not a recipe I found online -- I just made it up. I'll try to post ASAP, but maybe not until tomorrow -- busy day!
