Dinner: Chicken Tetrazzini, salad, Jesuit Brother's Bread
Wednesday
Lunch: Cheese quesadillas
Dinner: Chinese Stir-Fried Chicken and Rice (Saving Dinner)
Thursday
Lunch: Bagels and cream cheese
Dinner: Sausage gravy and biscuits, Eggs, fruit
Friday
Lunch: Eggs and Toast
Dinner: Linguine and clam sauce
Saturday -- Feast of St. John Vianney
Lunch: Skyline
Dinner: Homemade Pizza (not very French, I know), Creme Brulee
Sunday -- Our Lady of the Snow Feast Day
Lunch: BLTs
Dinner: Crock Pot Pulled Pork, Corn on the Cob, cole slaw, Chocolate Zucchini Cake with White Buttercream Frosting
