Merciful God, You are great in compassion and Your tenderness for us is without measure. We ask You to give us today our daily bread, and also provide for the needs of all of Your hungry children around the world. Through Christ Your Son and Our Lord. Amen.

What's Up?

.

You guys are being so quiet out there. If it weren't for stats, I'd think you all disappeared. No time for comments, or no time for cooking?

Very little desire to cook when it starts nearing 100. And very little time for comments, more time spent in the car looking for someplace to hang out (like the library or the pool). Still here though and still very much inspired by the beauty you bless your family with at the table! Luv ya!

Thanks, Charlotte. You're sweet. Maybe some cold blender-style meals are in order? Smoothies, milk shakes, Margaritas? Or how 'bout a trip to Ohio?

Just not on the computer much these days! So much to do... :)
Can I come over and raid your cookie jar?

I have Coconut Chocolate Chunk Blondies and Sweet Tea -- come on over.

One of these years, I promise, we will have no obligatory family trips to schedule and we will get to take a trip to the destination of our choice and I will choose...OHIO!

Charlotte -- you are so kind. I wouldn't ever intentionally go to Ohio just for fun, but right now we're having 60 degrees and sunny days (which is honestly unseasonably cool). I imagine that would feel pretty nice to you Texans!

I'm too busy trying to get through my gazillion blogs to comment. That, and the last couple of times I've tried to comment on your blogs, it hasn't worked. I thought you blocked me for correcting your grammar!

Sara,
No,no,no! I hope you're kidding that you thought I blocked you. Friends can correct my grammar any time. Now my husband...that's another story! ;-)

Ya know, I think someone else said they had trouble commenting a while back -- I wonder what's up?

Sara said...

Yes, I was kidding. I didn't really think you blocked me. :-)
