Weekly Menu
This week is "living off the fat of the land" week. I have quite a few bits and pieces stuffed in the freezer, and the pantry overflows. I need to use up some of what I have, so I'm having some ready-made meals from the freezer and few where I'm dumping several leftovers together.
Saturday
Lunch: Sierra Turkey Sandwich (like Panera's)
Dinner: Asian Salmon, white rice, stir fried veggies, Chocolate Chip Cookies
Sunday
Brunch: Brunch parfaits, Breakfast burritos
Dinner: over the river and through the hills (to Grandma's and we're just taking dessert)
Monday
Lunch: Bagels and cream cheese
Dinner: Pulled Pork Sandwiches, roasted sweet potatoes, cole slaw
Tuesday
Lunch: Birds Nests
Dinner: Everything-in-the-freezer Vegetable Soup, cheese bread, Apple Cranberry Crisp
Wednesday
Lunch: quesadillas
Dinner: Denver Omelets, Fried Potatoes, fruit salad
Thursday
Lunch: Deli Wraps
Dinner: Chicken Pot Pie, fruit, Baked Egg Custard
Friday
Lunch:
Dinner: Gnocchi in Fontina Sauce (homemade gnocchi), Chopped Italian Salad, Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
