triple basic beef recipe, double peppercorn and freeze extras
Tuesday
homemade egg mcmuffins, fruit salad
(cook three chickens today and freeze the meat -- save the bones)
Wednesday
asian chicken noodle soup
(make broth from yesterday's bones)
Thursday
manicotti with sun-dried tomato thyme sauce, salad, bread
(make triple sauce and two pans of manicotti/freeze all extra)
Friday
bean and cheese nacho bake, fruit salad
Saturday
pizza
