The Molasses Disaster

The Sunday Cook tipped me off to today's anniversary of the Big Molasses Disaster. Since I am a lover of interesting, but mostly worthless, historical information, I am, in turn, tipping you off. We celebrated tonight with a lovely Gingerbread Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.

    I'm sorry I can't take credit for the recipe -- I found it here:

    and just frosted it with a cream cheese frosting. It was good!
