Weekly Menu

This is a busy week for us. We have some activities on the family calendar and we have some feast days to celebrate.

I decided this past week (after my kids cheered at burgers and fries) to make burgers (either beef or turkey) a regular weeknight meal for the summer. I think we can jazz them up a little so that it's not like eating a regular old hamburger each week.

Lunch: Skyline
chilitos
Dinner: Pizza

Sunday
Brunch: eat out
Dinner: Caesar Marinated Grilled Chicken,Spring Risotto with Peas and Zucchini, salad, bread, Creamy Lemon Squares

Monday

Tuesday -- Feast of St. Catherine
Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup
Dinner: Shrimp and Pasta with fresh tomatoes and basil, bread, salad, biscotti and Cappuccino Coolers

Wednesday
Lunch: ham and cheese sandwiches
Dinner: Burgers with cheddar and salsa, Crispy oven fries,
cole slaw

Thursday -- Feast of St. Joseph the Worker

* New to me
