Lunch: BLT and C Salad
Dinner: Pepperoni and Veggie Pizza

Sunday
Lunch: Hot Browns, Tropical fruit salad
Dinner: Beef Fajitas with grilled peppers and onions, Southwestern Pasta Salad, tortilla chips, Mexican Ice Cream Pie


Monday -- Feast of St. John Baptist de la Salle
Lunch: hamburgers, veggie sticks
Dinner: Cheese stuffed French Toast with Strawberry Sauce (yes, I know that French toast is not really French, but this sounds a lot better than Bouillabaisse), ham steak

Tuesday -- Feast of St. Julie Billiart
Lunch: Chicken noodle soup
Dinner: Chicken Cordon Bleu a la Jennie
, Au Gratin Potatoes, green beans, Slice and Bake Cookies

Wednesday
Lunch: eat out
Dinner: Onion Soup with Cheese Toasts, Red Beet and Romaine Salad


Thursday
Lunch: Cheese Quesadillas
Dinner: Cajun Burgers
, fries, buttered corn, Bread Pudding

Friday
Lunch: Mini Pizzas
Dinner: Tilapia Tacos
, Salsa Fresco, Sweet and spicy slaw
