Weekly Menu

This next week brings Francis' birthday, so we'll be celebrating as a family on his big day and celebrating again with grandparents next weekend. The rest of the week I'll be filling in with some new recipes that I saw in the March '08 issue of "Everyday Food" that arrived last week and some tried and true recipes.

Saturday
Lunch:
Sierra Turkey Sandwich, lowfat chips
Dinner: Pepperoni Pizza and Three Cheese Pizza Bianca, Chopped Italian salad

Sunday
Lunch: Scrambled eggs with Ham and Cheese Grits, fruit
Dinner: SC Spaghetti Dinner

Monday
Lunch: leftover pizza
Dinner: Grilled Sausage Burritos
, guacamole, onions and peppers, Fried Potatoes

Tuesday -- Birthday Boy's pick
Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup
Dinner: Steak, Ham and Gruyere Stuffed Potatoes, salad, Sweet Potato Pie

Wednesday
Lunch: fast food
Dinner:
Lemon Roasted Chicken, Couscous with carrot and cilantro, green vegetable

Thursday
Lunch: grilled ham and cheese sandwiches
Dinner: Green Beans, Potatoes and Sausage

Friday
Lunch: quesadillas, tomato soup
Dinner: Egg Salad Sandwiches, Oven Fries
