The corn-dog muffins and the slow-cooker chicken cacciatore also were a hits with the fam. I made your pepper jack pasta salad, too, and while I think it was a little "grown up" for my kids, I ate it for lunches throughout the week, and it was so delicious! Thanks for sharing your recipes.
